I am currently recruiting for a Graduate Learning Designer to join my client, a prestigious eLearning company based in the East Midlands!
This is a fabulous opportunity to make a real contribution to the future of eLearning within a fast-paced, creative and digital environment. The position itself will see you coming up with original ideas and utilising your writing skills to create training scripts and storyboards that enable clients to have a memorable learning experience.
As this will see you working with some impressive global clients from a whole range of backgrounds, each day is different while working on a variety of interesting and complex topics. You will be working closely with clients this opens the opportunity for Nationwide and European travel!

• Creating engaging training scripts on a variety of subject matters.
• Collaborating with the Graphic Design team to create storyboards for game and animation elements of learning.
• Teaming up with specialists in Learning and Graphic Design to generate exciting and unique proposals.
• Attending client meetings to gain a clear and accurate understanding of the learning content.
• Liaising with clients to gain a profound understanding of requirements and produce a helpful solution.
• Cooperating with SME’s to broaden your understanding of multiple training topics and learn how to produce informative and appealing learning experiences.
• Have a reinforced academic background and high level of intellect needed to work on multiple complex subject matters. This will be highlighted by having a 2:1 degree or above from a high-ranking university.
• Can conceive creative ideas and produce innovative written content.
• Have an outgoing and sure personality with the ability to lead meetings and build rapport whilst working in large creative teams.
• Ideally have some experience dealing with professional or corporate clients.
• Have consolidated analytical skills to successfully interpret and understand clients’ needs and feedback to the team.
• Have excellent communication skills to be able to clearly share ideas and build positive relationships within the team itself and with clients.
