NVQ Trainer Assessors - Business & Management - Hertfordshire
£24300 - £28350 plus travel expenses and benefits

My client is one of the UK's largest and most experienced providers of Government funded welfare to work and skills training programmes . They have won new contracts and seek to expand their existing teams. They look to appoint Assessors to deliver a range of apprenticeships including business administration, customer service team leading, management and functional skills to learners in the Hertfordshire area.

Your role will be supporting learners in the workplace to work towards obtaining a national recognised qualification. You will responsible for both the design and delivery of course materials which will then be quality assured against activities within the workplace. By working with both the client and apprentice you will agree learning outcomes and support required to meet the qualification.
You will need strong communications skills with the ability to adapt to the relevant audience, customer service focused, self-motivator who is able to engage and influence offers.

Key Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of learners to achieve require outcomes in the workplace
Design and implement course work material
Conduct learner observations, assessment planning, and evidence learning

Skills and Experience
Excellent communications skills both written and verbal
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships
Self-motivated and target and result driven
Must hold current and up to date A1 Assessor/V1 awards or equivalent Teaching qualification minimum level PTTLS
Must have sector competency and experience across a number of Frameworks and Standards (e.g. from Level 2 to Higher Apprenticeships)
Level 2 Functional Skills ITC, English and Maths
Excellent all round IT skills, e portfolio(Internet, Intranet, databases, MS Word, MS Excel)

Must hold UK Driving Licence and have own transport, must be able to travel to multi-site locations

The salary on offer is £24,300 - £28,300 pa Plus travel expenses and benefits
