This is a great opportunity for an experienced operations co-ordinator to join our customer in Southampton. They are a well established local company whose operations provide services to many global locations.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:
Arrange Travel - flights, taxis, marine letters, ship passes
Arrange containers for equipment to be delivered to ships
Organise subcontractors
Raise PO’s for subcontractors
Collate all expenses and allocate to the relevant jobs
Provide an efficient telephone answering service, forwarding calls and taking messages
General administration tasks including filing, faxing and photocopying to ensure the smooth running of the office
Assist in general housekeeping ensuring the office is kept presentable, alongside any other duties which may be relevant to the purpose of the job

Candidate requirements:

• Excellent IT skills and a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Knowledge of Encore software (desirable but not essential).
• Flexible approach to the role including its duties and hours during busy periods.
• An intermediate to advanced level in Excel would be a distinct advantage due to the nature of the role

Working day is 08:00 to 17:30. Monday to Friday.
