NRG are currently recruiting for an Account Manager to join our well known client based just outside of Newcastle City Centre.
My client is looking for ambitious candidates who are keen to progress within a company that operates worldwide and have proven sales experience. The basic salary for the position is £21,000 with OTE of £30,000-£40,000 in your first year.
Duties of the role include:-
·Proactively following up all assigned leads resulting from incoming internet and telephone enquiries.
·Responsible for hitting daily KPI’s
·Create reports and qualify prospective clients
·Managing a geographic area and becoming a specialist regarding this region
·Develop relationships and keep in touch with those clients
·Develop business in line with company objectives and monthly targets
·Build a strong and accurate sales pipeline
·Be accountable for weekly and monthly forecasting
To be considered for the role you must have:-
·Experience of working in a sales environment with individual targets
·Experience managing and delivering KPI’s in line with company adjectives
·Be self motivated and driven
·Excellent negotiation skills
·The ability to communicate with clients and colleagues at all levels
