A fantastic and exciting opportunity has arisen to join our client, one of the leading UK providers of Telecoms and ICT end to end solutions, as they continue their growth success.

This opportunity has arisen within their Sales Team for a Client Manager to work within their Glasgow Office, providing sales pipeline and growth through existing and new customers. The successful candidate will work from the offices in Glasgow but may be required to travel and support other sites as required.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop new SME and corporate client relationships and a pro-active approach, to understanding their requirements and delivering a cohesive solution.
* Proactively self-generate leads, opportunities and meetings with clients for new business
* Attend customer meetings and present business solutions to SME's and corporate customers at C-Level
* Demonstrate understanding and expert knowledge of infrastructure solutions including server, virtualisation, networking and storage
* Drive revenues and volumes (margin) across the product portfolio, to ensure that business objectives and sales targets are exceeded.
* Provide account management to key accounts ensuring excellent service delivery, pre-and post-sales, including contract renewal negotiation, process improvement etc.
* Build strong relationships with clients to allow sales of the full suite of products and services
* Provide regular forecasts surrounding your created pipelines and maintain organised diary management
* Maintain a full understanding and expert knowledge of the company's core product portfolio and business strategy
* Operate client business profiling to understand long term profitability and ensuring all commercials are aligned with customers' requirements and expectations
* Maintain excellent relationships with internal teams to assist in the delivery services for clients and monitor project goals ensuring a first-class service
* Develop and maintain IT solution knowledge and accreditations


* Minimum 2 years of sales in the IT/telecoms industry, including field sales experience in presenting solutions and negotiating with SME and Corporate clients
* Very strong commercial understanding and negotiations skills
* Exceptional interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
* Proactive, self-motivated and a good team-player
