EMEA Finance Manager
As a global leader within the Property Services sector, this established group provides market leading, end-to-end solutions and "best in class" investor services to an international client portfolio. A high profile and complex EMEA transformation programme and integration project, following a merger of two large businesses, has created an exciting opportunity for a qualified accountant to undertake an EMEA Corporate & LLP Accounting Manager role. Supporting the EMEA business, you will 1) Own the LLP Financial Control & accounting for the corporate partnership entity and act as a key contact for the Finance Services Centre, auditors, outsourced providers and EMEA Controllership teams 2) own the HR relationship management and the Bonus incentive corporate accounting and 3) Lead on corporate related finance & special projects including an "Entity rationalisation programme". Your brief includes:
•Review & sign-off LLP Partnership entity and Controllership of internal/external financial reporting whilst maintaining controls in compliance with EMEA/US objectives
•Ownership of month, quarter & year end close for business entities
•Management of revenue recognition & compliance
•Review & sign-off key balance sheet reconciliations, movements & journals
•Management of statutory & audit processes between external, outsourced & SSC providers
•Review & overview of Treasury activity including cash flow forecasting
•Business partnering with Finance, Legal & HR functions to ensure alignment with accounting policies & procedures
•Identifying & recommending improvements in systems & processes
As a qualified ACA or ACCA with a strong track record of financial control, month end process management and financial reporting, gained within an EMEA or global business environment, you will currently be managing the month end close within a Business Process Outsource (BPO) or retained Financial Shared Service (FSSC) model and demonstrate evidence of leading large audit and statutory accounts processes. As a finance business partner, you will be accustomed to influencing key stakeholders with a proven ability to translate financial data into commercial language.
