Room Attendant / Housekeeper

As a room Attendant / Housekeeper you will be responsible for providing the very best housekeeping service to the residence. Working as part of a team, you will ensure that all apartments and communal areas of the residence are kept spotlessly clean throughout the week. We are looking for enthusiastic and talented Housekeepers with a passion for not only delivering the highest standards of cleanliness but are also able to deliver the highest levels of customer service. You should be service orientated, independent and confident, and have an eye for detail. You should also be well presented, have high personal standards, and have a good standard of communication in English.

Key Role Responsibilities of the Housekeeper:

* Daily tasks will include the cleaning of designated areas to high standards.
* Areas may include communal areas and hub of the Residence as well as the studio apartments
* To follow cleaning schedules and comply with health and safety regulations
* To provide customer service to our residents, and ensure that all residents are always acknowledged and greeted whenever they are met
* To look after the cleaning equipment provided and be responsible for stock levels of cleaning consumables within the budgeted allocation
* To be vigilant and whilst carrying out duties, continuously check for any damage, faults or defects, and if found, follow the reporting procedures to the management team
* To attend any training made available and take responsibility for your own development

This role will report directly to the House Keeping Manager. Key reporting items will be:

* Cleanliness standards
* Customer feedback
* Cleaning schedules
* Completion of cleaning tasks within given timescales

Normal working hours are expected to fall between 7am and 9pm on each working day and the employee will be required to work some weekends as part of their normal working week as required by the Company to meet the needs of the business.
