Purchase Ledger Assistant / Accounts Assistant (1 year FTC Maternity Cover)

Stirling

Salary £ 17 - 19k (dependant on experience)

Work Hours - 9am to 5pm

Office Angels Stirling has an exciting opportunity for a Purchase Ledger Assistant to join our clients established team. This is a great opportunity to join a well established business and gain invaluable experience.

They are looking for someone who ideally has experience of working within a Purchase Ledger role / Accounts role.

Description:

Ensure all invoices are processed, received are approved.

Code and process all purchase invoices by nominal code and department.

Logging, investigating and resolving any invoices that are disputed.

Check supplier statements to ensure invoices have been received, chase any missing invoices.

In house training will be provided.

The successful applicant will:

Have held a similar Accounts Assistant / Purchase Ledger Assistant role

Ideally have worked as part of an accounts team

Have good Excel skills

Have an eye for detail

Have good interpersonal skills

Work well as part of a team
