Exciting opportunity for a eCommerce Analyst to join a well established company based in Bridgwater.
To ensure our products are all listed in the best position to result in a sale across our multiple Amazon and eBay stores worldwide. Working with a multi-channel selling tool, fellow retail team members and the platforms directly. This role will assist in the growth of our retail business.
The key duties and responsibilities of this position, which supports our retail side of business, are as follows:
Ensuring as many products are listed for sale across our multiple worldwide retail platforms at any given time
Daily 'shop keeping' ensuring each item is in the best category for sale on both Amazon and eBay
Optimising our listings and product data
Correcting listing errors and minimising their regularity
Involvement within creation and management of promotions on the retail platforms
Intelligently utilising seller tools within Amazon and eBay to boost sales
Report trends and changes to the way the platforms operate
- Efficient and accurate data entry
- Efficient workload organization
- Liaise and co-operate with team members
- Support Retail team and Office Manager
Keen eye for detail
Understanding of retail eCommerce
You bring ideas to the table and focus on solutions
Sound communication skills written & verbal
Ability to interact and work effectively with colleagues at all levels
Strong organisational skills and good multi tasker
Desire to assist in boosting sales
Ability to maintain standards under pressure with an attention to detail and high accuracy levels.
Reliable and trustworthy
- Previous seller experience on eBay and Amazon
- Retail eCommerce experience
- Microsoft Excel skills
- Previous experience of Axis Diplomat
- Previous experience with 247 Cloud Hub or similar multi-channel selling tool
- Good standard of English written
This role requires working on your own initiative whilst being a team player. You must have seller level experience of Amazon and/or eBay to bring to the role as well as excellent Microsoft Excel and data management skills. It demands accuracy and attention to detail in what is, quite often, a busy environment.
