Netbox Recruitment Ltd are currently working in partnership with a respectable Construction organisation to recruit for a Key Account Manager to join their team. This is a Field Sales role.

This position is a great opportunity for someone looking to develop new and existing business within an established company and manage key accounts.

This is a really exciting time within an established business as they undergo a growth period in sales.

Responsibilities for this role will include:

* Leading the sales growth period from the front

* Strategic sales planning and forecasting, mapping market trends

* Developing and implementing sales approaches

* Undertaking monthly reviews of sales plans and growth

* Reporting progress into Senior Management team, attending monthly sales meetings

* Full profit and loss responsibility for sales

Basic salary on offer £30,000 - £35,000 (dependent upon market experience). OTE £50,000.

To be successful in your application you must:

* Have proven experience within a sales capacity, minimum 5 years'

* Be a proactive salesperson, able to chase business

* Be a strategic thinker, able to analyse sales trends and forward plan

* Be a confident and effective communicator, with keen negotiation skills

* Previous experience within a construction/fixings based organisation is preferable

* Have experience working within a service orientated organisation, selling into SME's

* Be results driven

* Have a full, clean UK driving licence

This role is located across the Kent/London areas.
