Working alongside the Managing Director you will have autonomy to lead the direction of the sales department whilst working proactively to generate further business. You could find this position to be the ideal opportunity if you are an experienced sales person with a passion for ideas and development of the business.

You will be able to look at the existing sales process and improve where appropriate. The business has an established route to business development in place which consists of a strong existing database and well-established clients. Working with the Managing Director you will use your strength in sales to bring forward ideas that will develop further business opportunities.

You will be a proactive and competent sales person with the ability and drive to be on the phone. You will be able to conduct client facing meetings where appropriate.

Within the role you will be responsible for the booking of training courses within a vertical market, this will be through speaking to an existing and prospective client base and with any ideas that you can bring to the table. Working directly with the Managing Director will mean that you will be confident and direct in your ideas with the ability to business plan and see these through to fruition.

As your reward for this position basis salary is highly flexible between £28,000 and £42,000 which is entirely dependant upon your strengths. In addition, you can be a part of the improvement of a bonus scheme that is relevant to achievement.
