Our established family owned client is looking for an experienced permanent Sales Support Administrator to work in their busy sales office in Brentwood.

The Job

Working Monday – Friday 8am-5pm (finishing 4.30pm on a Friday), your duties will include:

• Sending out quotes to clients
• Data entry of orders onto the sales system
• Contacting existing and lapsed clients promoting new products and offers
• Some phone canvassing contacting prospect clients
• General office administration duties

The Candidate

We are looking for candidates with the following skills, experience and attributes:

• Previous sales support, telesales, or admin experience
• Able to work in a small team
• Excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing
• Proficient computer skills
• Excellent customer service skills, with proven experience gained in a previous phone based position

The Benefits

• £20,000 - £24,000 per annum
• 29 days holiday a year (including bank holidays), rising with service
