If you're an experienced administrator who is used to working on projects and supporting project managers then this could be your next job opportunity. Working for a local organisation to help support the project team for a new rebuild and restructure of one of their divisions,

Your duties will include managing the diaries for the senior management team, booking and attending meetings and taking meeting notes as well as recording and maintaining the action points from each meeting.

You will also be responsible for uploading details onto the Sharepoint site as well as ongoing maintenance of the Sharepoint site.

Successful candidates will need strong IT skills, specifically excel, Word and PowerPoint. Experience and knowledge of Sharepoint would be an advantage but is not essential. Confidence, ability to use own initiative and flexibility are essential characteristics to make this project a success.

You will be attending senior level meetings so must be able to honour the confidential nature of these discussions and will require confidence in dealing with any matters which may occur during times when the senior managers are not available.

This position is initially for 18 months, until October 2018 when the project should be completed.
