This is an exciting opportunity to join a government agency within the Health Sector as an HR Support Advisor. The role will be based in Eastleigh a short walk from Eastleigh train station and local shops.

JOB PURPOSE

To provide an effective, efficient and consistent centralised service to support both staff and managers in general HR issues, giving advice and guidance. Support the development of the HR Portals and the HR Toolkits to enable Managers to confidently use self-service.

Role Duties :

* To monitor and triage the centralised HR communication tools (Email & Telephone) with the provision of factual HR advice and to escalate/Signpost more complex issues for detailed response.
* Liaise with HR Business Partners for specialist advice/handover of issues
* To ensure the Team provides a confident service
* Support the development of the on-line HR Tool kit
* Develop the frequently asked questions for all generic HR questions
* Support and develop the Team
* Attend meetings to take notes as required
* To ensure development within the HR support role increasing the Teams' knowledge of NHS Terms and Conditions of Service.
* To support the leads in change process to administer the project plans to ensure all changes and actions are completed.
* Support the TUPE processes for staff IN/OUT ensuring all elements of the process are completed e.g. input of staff information

PORTAL DEVELOPMENT

* To support the development of the HR sections of the portals, to ensure all information and forms are updated
* To ensure any changes or updates or additions to the portal are explained and communicated to the relevant parties

* Support the HR Input Team in times of increased levels of payroll changes as directed by the HR Support Lead
* Administer complaints process - ensuring complaints are registered and logged, manage the responses to ensure process compliance
* Complete the Audit checks SAR and counter Fraud required by the Organisation, to ensure all documents and data is in place to ensure a smooth and compete audit process.
* Support the review and development of HR policies providing feedback to the HR Support Lead
* Support the design and implementation of ConsultHR Hub processes and new ways of working
* To carry out other appropriate delegated duties as required
* Provision of day-to-day training and support for own speciality
* To carry out other appropriate delegated duties as required by the Line Manager

£9.53 per hour for the first 12 weeks of work, your wage will be increased thereafter
