We are looking for a Nursing Home Manager/ Registered Manager to run, a 40 bed nursing and residential home in Mitcheldean, Gloucestershire
A professional and dedicated Home Manager is pivotal to the successful running of homes. A Home Manager is responsible for ensuring the residents receive the highest standards of care whilst maintaining the commercial viability of the home that they manage.
You will lead both the care and support teams to the highest level to strive for excellence in all areas of the service provision. As Home Manager you will live by the Providers values, and act in compliance with all relevant legislation. You will maintain a strong relationship with CQC. With your passion for the job that you do you will have the ability to provide care that is second to none for residents and help motivate and develop your team.

Successful candidates will also:
·Have a minimum of 2 years experience in managing care services for older people.
·Be highly driven team motivator, with excellent communication and organisational skills.
Ideally be a Registered Nurse- RGN / RMN with a valid NMC PIN
