Job Title: Client Service Analyst

Location: Brighton

Salary up to £21k DOE

Role: Our client is looking for a Client Service Analyst ensuring all their services are delivered on time, specification and satisfaction defined by the Head of Client Services

Key Responsibilities

  • Handling the collection, cleansing, analysis and dissemination of customer data to internal and external customers from inception to conclusion
  • Identification of data analysis process improvement, advising Head of Client Services of innovative solutions and plan of implementation
  • Maintain accurate historical documentation for all internal and external revisions, updates and process improvements across systems
  • Ensure continuous internal and external communication on all active project plans across the Client Services team
  • Support Head of Client Services at prospective and existing client meetings as required
  • Maintain continuous client account management, liaison and co-ordination

We are looking for someone who has either a Degree in Analysis or Psychology or someone who has 2 or more years of experience working with data
