Business Development Manager - Waste Services - £35k OTE £70k + Car

The Role: With a focus on new business, the successful Business Development Manager will be responsible for speaking to head office buyers, facilities managers and business services directors; you will be dealing with large multi-sited companies in sectors including hospitality, retail, food & beverage and finance, helping them convert their waste to renewable energy and create a zero waste to landfill situation. The role also involves surveying and auditing sites, and putting proposals together.

The Company: After a recent very successful rebranding, our client is a technology savvy organisation with a strong app to ensure customer satisfaction. They provide a range of waste and recycli8ng services and are now looking to recruit a new Business Development Manager in the Midlands.

For this Business Development Manager position, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:
  • Strong sales skills
  • You will have sold a business service such as packaging, office supplies, or facilities management
  • Experience of selling at C level or to buyers is required
  • You will have high energy levels, plenty of enthusiasm and a need to earn good commission
