We are currently working alongside an extremely successful and rapidly growing retailer in West Sussex looking to strengthen the team with the addition of a target driven Credit controller
This is a stimulating role that will require someone with Spanish or Portuguese language skills to come in and hit the ground running. You will have regular contact with other EMEA Credit Controllers and other departments and be responsible for:
* Identify & establish internal controls and ensure effective operating
* Ensuring prompt and timely payment
* Manage the order release process with external customers and internally with Sales & Accounts Receivable
* Work with customers regarding issues on invoicing and memos
* Allocate customer receipts into Accounts Receivable on a daily basis
* Ensure that invoices, debit/credit memos, statements, reminders etc. are distributed on time
* Daily review of credit limits
* Provide analysis on outstanding debt
