Our client is leading global B2B organisation offering an exciting permanent vacancy within the digital operations team. The successful candidate will have previous experience managing internal platforms in a large organisation with multiple internal and vendor stakeholders.
You will have prior experience configuring and testing internal platforms and ideally setting up large internal, bespoke registration system. You will have very good experience of content management systems, API, SSO and HTML and work well under pressure in a fast paced environment.
·Configure, set up and manage the customer networking tools according to the requirements, including customer portals, schedules and directories
·Gather and document configuration requirements from internal teams
·Advise teams on the categorisation for website search and work with Information Management to ensure consistency throughout the user journey
·Provide 1st line support to teams to resolve issues with our customer portals and networking tools
·Act as team specialist on internal platforms and liaise with IT and teams to troubleshoot issues
·Work with 3rd parties to manage integrations for single sign-on (SSO) to ensure a seamless customer login from our system to external systems
·Work with 3rd parties to manage API integrations to ensure seamless integration of data into our platforms
·Run user acceptance testing (UAT) on our internal platform to support a monthly release programme
·Support the Digital Marketing team with mobile app integrations by providing expertise on our APIs and in house platforms
·Work with our Information Management team to map data across our systems
Skills and experience
·Very good experience with Content Management Systems, API, SSO, HTML and CSS
·Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills
·Other beneficial systems experience: Jira / SharePoint / XML / Salesforce
·Able to build effective relationships and influence key stakeholders
·Able to work calmly under pressure with great attention to detail
·Very organised; able to multi-task, prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
·Both self-sufficient and an enthusiastic team player
