We currently have a number of vacancies available to support the Leabank Project, a brand new purpose-built supported living recovery service for people with complex and enduring mental health needs. Based in Netherton, Dudley the service consists of shared housing for seven individuals and self-contained apartments for eight individuals.

You will gain experience in service mobilisation, a co-production approach to support planning and risk management with customers, managing local authority nominations, trialling peer support models, developing partnerships with other agencies and the rewarding opportunity of supporting customers to progress through the service to greater independence. You will need to work within clear professional boundaries and the organisation’s policies and procedures to role model good practice to colleagues and customers.

The successful candidates will have a positive attitude around mental health and recovery and a good working knowledge of legislation in regards to delivering support to vulnerable people. You will need experience of working within a busy support environment and experience of working with multi agency partnerships. If you have an understanding of mental health services, including prevention, early intervention and crisis management and are passionate about delivering excellent customer service and want a challenging and rewarding career, one of these roles may be perfect for you;

Registered Manager
Salary: £28,000.00

As Registered Manager you will be responsible for the operational day to day management of the service ensuring that the care provided offers service users a high standard of specialised, person centred care, that all individuals using the service are treated with dignity and respect and that their independence, choice and control is actively promoted by the service. Working in partnership with colleagues in the senior management team you will operate within a legislative framework and ensure that all practices are in line with current legislation, social policy and CQC framework.

Team Supervisor
Salary: £18,600

As team supervisor you will organise and manage the day to day running of the service provision through the service contract and the organisations policies and procedures and will assist the Registered Manager to develop and grow the service maintaining financial viability. You will lead and manage the service in line with the key lines of enquiry (KLOE).

Specialist Support Workers
Salary: £16,600

To provide recovery-focussed support to individuals with complex and enduring mental health needs, working as part of a 24 hour service. Demonstrating a commitment to safeguarding in line with policy and procedure you will support customers with life skills and empower them to build successful relationships within their community as they develop skills to better manage their health and wellbeing and increase levels of independence as they move through the service.
