Job Title: Pensions Administrator

Hours: Monday - Friday 09:00-17:30

Salary: £18-24k DOE

We have great pleasure in supporting a highly reputable financial organisation based in Haywards Heath that are looking for a Pensions Administrator who is experienced in delivering outstanding customer service, which will contribute to generating new business. You must have excellent communication skills as an integral part of the role is speaking to a wide range of clients, as well as liaising with a variety of departments within the company.

Main Responsibilities:

* Ensuring high standards of customer service are met
* Communicating with other departments
* Dealing with complaints
* Advising on pensions fund
* Processing new applications
* Chasing paperwork
* Managing case load
* Adhering to FCA and compliance regulations
* Abiding by TCF and DPA principles

Desired skills & experience:

* Excellent organisation and time management skills
* Customer service and financial service background is preferable
* Self-motivated and driven
* Problem solver
* Strong IT skills
* Proven experience in exceeding targets
* Willingness to learn
* Experience as a Pensions Administrator would be desirable
* Holds basic level industry recognised qualification such as CII R01 exam (or must be studying towards and will complete it within one year of accepting the role.)
