Our prestigious client, a premium motor manufacturer, based at their new head office in Farnborough is seeking n Internal Sales Advisor to cover a 12 month contract based on site at Farnborough.

This person almost needs to be an account manager, with excellent admin skills. The team as a whole have to process the sales orders for the entire internal car scheme, which generates in the region of 30,000 orders a year.

This is not just an admin role though. Candidates will need to build a relationship with the areas that they are responsible, and also a number of brand ambassadors (celebrities that are provided with vehicles to drive day to day as part of a commercial deal).

This will be fast paced, and eye for detail, and brilliant organisation will be crucial.
It may be that a high level PA or executive assistant may be able to bring a lot to this role.

Job Purpose

To process approximately 30,000 new cars per annum in order to supply all internal fleets, car schemes vehicles and rental orders within the Group in the UK.
Provide customer support to the est. 5,000 vehicle scheme participants. Advise customers in strict accordance with the specific rules and regulations relating to each particular scheme.

Specific Responsibilities / Activities

* Full administrative support for all Group Car Schemes including but not limited to: Quota requests, vehicle ordering in IVS, vehicle specification matrix maintenance, vehicle allocation to fleet, ordering approvals within GCSO in line with policy eligibility.
* Full ordering support for multiple customers both internally and externally including Corporate Sales - Rental, Alphabet - AlphaDrive and Flexilease, Central Demo Fleets and Private Sales.
* Vehicle ordering requires working to tight deadlines to ensure the accurate and timely build of high volumes of products, ensuring that all vehicles comply with the specification matrix to maximize residual value at the Remarketing stage.
* Full administrative responsibility for an allocation of product ranges ensuring that all new product initiatives and options are captured and considered in the regular specification matrix meetings and ensuring that all ordering templates for all responsible sales channels are updated regularly.
* Full management of the outright Sales scheme including vehicle ordering, quotations and direct customer liaison throughout the purchase process.
* The operational support contact for an allocated group of VIP Brand Ambassadors and their agents, offering bespoke customer support and vehicle ordering.
* Fleet management responsibility for specific vehicle provisions across the business (for example the site loan fleets).
* Full fleet reporting produced monthly for fleet ordering and de-fleet forecasting
* Management of the employee loan fleet including processing employee vehicle loan requests, vehicle allocation in line with fleet utilization requirements, enforcement of the handover and return standards in line with audit requirements.
* Day to day liaison with internal and external customers via email, telephone and face to face.
* Customer support for all Associates across the Group sites on all Group Car Scheme related policy enquiries including pricing queries, parking permit letters, vehicle availability and all elements of the vehicle ordering process.
* Daily interaction with multiple business areas across the Group. (Product Marketing, Corporate Sales, Aftersales Technical, HR etc)
* Ability to deal with conflict situations. (for example VIP agents, complaints from Associates)
* Bespoke project work both individually and as part of a team, ensuring we are constantly challenging, reviewing and implementing processes and efficiencies to optimize the department's contribution to the wider business
