My client are currently seeking to recruit an enthusiastic and experienced Commercial Property Legal Assistant in Bournemouth to join their Top Tier Commercial Property team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented and technically proficient person with at least 12 months experience in a similar role to join their busy and highly regarded team.
Providing support to fee earners within the team, the successful candidate will be IT literate, highly competent and will be able to manage a varied workload to include document production, file and diary management, office administration and assisting with routine aspects of real estate transactions. Secretarial assistance may also need to be provided.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to work within a team to meet tight deadlines are essential for the position. Knowledge of the Land Registry and Stamp Duty Land Tax would be useful, but not essential as full training will be given.
This is a team that focuses on providing a very high quality commercial property service to valued clients.
