My client are looking for an Event Assistant to join their fun and dynamic organisation who is looking for a fantastic role in Events. The purpose of the Events Assistant is to help with the planning, co-ordination and fulfilment of duties for the clients and organisation. This is a challenging opportunity and will suit a candidate who is looking to join a great company!

The position involves:
Dealing with new registrations
Liaising with the team when required
Making sure personal and financial records up to date
Organisation of invites to relevant social media groups
Drafting of written communications to members
Assist with the hotel and travel bookings when required
Brining all information and products together
Ensuring the database is kept up to date with current fundraising levels
Responding to new enquiries and contacting those who register their interest
Attending the events as required
Assisting with any other ad hoc tasks that may arise from time to time

The ideal candidate will:
Maintain good administration skills
Have a passion or previous experience with Events
Be educated to A-Level or Degree level
Be confident in their working approach
Maintain fantastic communication skills
Be proactive and motivational
Have an adaptable working attitude
Have the ability to work well under pressure
Be goal orientated
