Turtle Bay Restaurant and Bar are all about capturing the heart and soul of the Caribbean - Rum, Reggae and Jerk. It’s a unique combination of people, food, drink, atmosphere and music - the vibe. You’ll know it the minute you walk in, and if it isn’t there, you’ll know that too.
We are looking for an Assistant Manager who has the lability to encourage our staff collectively into lively, enthusiastic participants in the running of our 'Bay’ experience. Serve our customers helping them relax and enjoy the sunny ambiance of the Caribbean whilst helping our turtles convey the 'Bay’ atmosphere and experience with our authentic, delicious, mouth-watering Caribbean food and Cocktails. You will have the ability to make lasting connections both with your guests and your turtles.
Essential experience needed for our Assistant Manager -
- Proven track record of managing high volume teams
- Experience working with fresh food
- Experience in busy restaurants
- Commercially aware
- High level of financial understanding
- Ability to work under pressure
