Excellent opportunity on offer for a Quantity Surveyor looking to join a company offering the chance to work with prestigious clients and the ability to have your own team and progress towards Directorship.

Are you a Quantity surveyor from a sub-contractor background?

This company is a specialist within the construction industry, they have expanded year on year due to providing the best quality service. The company have the ability to hand pick all of their work due to their reputation which they have built up. Due to this success, they now need a new QS to join their team.

You will mainly be based in the office however you will be required to visit client sites. You will be responsible for the Pre-qual submittals, cost planning and estimation. You will be measuring from CAD drawings and site surveys whilst liaising with the clients QS and be responsible for the commercial tracking and spend reviews.

The ideal candidate will be a quantity surveyor who is from a sub-contractors background. This is an excellent opportunity to progress within a rapidly expanding organisation.
