Mechanical Project Manager - Central London

A Top Tier Building Services Contractor is seeking a Mechanical Project Manager due to having successfully secured a Booming pipeline of work for the next 5 years. The business tends to specialise in the Fast Track Commercial Fit Out Sector and require the new addition to their team to oversee an exciting Major Project. Paying up to £80,000 Basic Salary with the view of progression this is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Mechanical Manager to progress their career with arguably one of the most prestigious clients across London & South East.

Due to an internal promotion the business are looking to add an additional to the Mechanical Project Manager to the team. This individual will be responsible for overseeing a full site team including a Quantity Surveyor, Construction Manager, Engineer & Supervisor as well as various subcontractors.

The ideal candidate will have:

* A minimum of 5-8 years experience in the Mechanical Building Services industry (Ideally having worked within the Commercial Fit Out Sector)
* Experience managing the full project lifecycle
* The ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
