Randstad CPE have an exciting opportunity for a Chartered Building Surveyor to join our client in their regional office in Glasgow.

Due to continued growth, our client is looking to expand their team to handle increased market activity.

Projects will range from minor works to multi-million pound developments across a spectrum of sectors, including Commercial, Residential, Health & Industrial and will deal with all aspects of Building Surveying.

Ideally the preferred candidate would have up to 2 years experience post-Chartered and will report in to the Senior Surveyor.

Role Responsibilites/Duties will include:

* Condition Surveys
* Dilapidation Assessments
* Schedules of Condition
* Technical Due Diligence Surveys
* Preventative Planned Maintenance Surveys
* Measured Surveys
* Fire Insurance Valuation Audits
* Pre-Contract, Contract Administration
* Feasibility Studies
* Budget Costs
* Post contract, Contract Administration
* Financial monitoring, certification, and reporting
* Technical monitoring, snagging and certification
* Progress monitoring

In order to be successful with your application you should have relevant Building Surveying experience and being Chartered is essential for the role.

The salary advised will range up to £45,000 with a company car/allowance included.
