our client is acknowledged as one of the longest-established industry leaders in luxury residential renovations, creating benchmark family homes and basement conversions in London for private clients since 2002. It is known for expertise in planning, design and construction and delivering a top quality, thorough and seamless service. The company’s style is defined by the requirements of their very high net worth clients, and the quality created remains uncompromisingly high in every respect, with projects ranging from £600,000 to £3 million.
specialises in ‘standalone’ basement conversion projects across a more modest range of contract prices geared at a wide base of London families who crave more space, ranging from around £250K to £600K.
Both brands create spectacular basement spaces that the original structure often does not have the natural space to accommodate. Schemes are individually tailored to the needs of each private client, frequently containing guest suites, wine cellars, media rooms, games rooms, gyms, and even indoor swimming pools.
As a Group they typically have around seven live basement conversion sites with two or  three additional sites at fit-out stage, and one to two ‘whole house’ renovation projects under the banner in addition to this. They employ around 50 fifty people across the sites and head office. Their area of operation covers most of SW and Central London and the Head Offices and training facility are located in Wandsworth Town. The company offices are bright and modern, and located in a very good location with cafes and shops and excellent access from Waterloo and Clapham Junction
