This is an excellent opportunity for a Development Manager with retail and leisure experience to join a successful group in Coventry. This client of mine is financially stable and has an impressive portfolio. They are looking to expand their team as the business grows and are seeking a Development Manager to bring their experience to deliver projects and assist in the growth of the business.

* Managing the process of owned and potential new developments through the technical, legal, planning, and financial stages, and be able to work on a number of projects at the same time.
* Appointing, instructing managing the consultants, and steering projects through the planning and legal process.
* Gaining Technical approvals and satisfying all outstanding planning conditions and obligations.
* Liasing with all members of the team from design team to brand custodian.
* Responsible for producing and managing the project development appraisal and delivering projects within the budget and on programme.

Key Requirements:

* RICS or Association of Project Management is essential
* Project Manager/Development Manager experience in construction with a minimum of 5 years
* Hotel experience is beneficial
* Computer literate including Microsoft Programs.
* Be prepared for extensive UK wide travel.
