Manpower UK is recruiting for an Inside Sales Consultant to join our client based in Canary Wharf.

You will be responsible for account management and sales development across a large customer base consisting of both active clients, past clients and new prospect clients.

Key Responsibilities:
Relationship Management
* Having regular communication with existing clients and building positive good relationships
* Working with key personnel to mitigate and issues that arise for clients
* Create a pipeline of talent opportunities of an active client base
Sales Development
* Generating revenue from organisations
* Executing marketing campaigns to active and prospective clients
* Responding to enquiries from clients
* Working with key personnel to optimise sales approach to prospective clients

Key Specifications:
* Good communication skills
* Flexibility
* Proven sales or recruitment experience
* Ability to understand different industries and market trends
* Ability to travel to Canary Wharf on a daily basis with occasion travel to visit and meet clients

This role is Permanent, Full Time working 9am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday. Salary is Circ £22,000 to £28,000pa DOE. The client will also pay commission on sales.
