Our Client is seeking Inbound Sales Consultants to join their growing team, based in Kingston Upon Thames. The successful candidate will be working with a company that has developed some unique solutions within their industry; winning a number of awards for their products, demonstrating that innovation is at the heart of the business.

Using excellent customer service skills, you will contact customers who have shown an interest in the business' services, building a rapport and consultatively selling to the customer. There is no cold calling involved in this role.

In return, you will receive a basic salary of £18,000, with potential OTE of up to £30,000. The business also offers excellent training and the opportunity to progress in a dynamic, supportive business.

As an Inbound Sales Consultant your duties will include:

* Taking inbound sales calls from prospective customers.
* Making outbound calls to existing policyholders.
* Providing prospective customers with quote.
* Striving to deliver excellent service to both internal and external customers.

An ideal Sales Consultant will hold the following skills and capabilities:

* Previous experience of working in a busy call centre environment, ideally in a sales role.
* Excellent verbal communication, good at building rapport with customers and conveying information regarding complicated insurance issues.
* Positive with a can-do attitude and a passion for providing a high quality service to customers.
* Highly competitive and driven with a strong desire to meet and exceed sales targets.
* Highly organised with a structured approach to working.
* Excellent written and spoken English.

Offices are open Monday to Saturday and the successful candidates will be asked to work a 37.5 hour week between the hours of 9am and 8pm Monday to Friday and Saturdays 9am - 1pm on a rotational shift pattern
