Experienced sous chef required for a busy golf club in South East London. Duties will include working with and assisting the head chef, assisting in menu planning, ordering and stock management adhering to financial targets, keeping the necessary documentation in respect of food control, hygiene, etc.
The catering team is relatively small and therefore the right person must have a "can do" attitude and be willing to assist in all areas of the kitchen as and when necessary. Interaction with club members is encouraged.
The shift pattern is worked over 7 days including weekends and some evenings: 5 days on, 2 days off.
Although the club is close to public transport, it would be an advantage to have your own means of transport.
