This is a fantastic opportunity for a patient, articulate and highly IT competent individual to begin a career in IT Support, First Line Support or IT Helpdesk.

You will be joining a small but growing business that works with the automotive industry in supplying software solutions but, you don't need to know your Volvo from your Vauxhall to be successful. What you do need is:
- Confidence in using MS Office suite (Word, Excel and Outlook)
- IT competency in the form of typing speed and managing multiple screens or packages at once
- Strong communication skills and telephone manner
- Patience to talk people step by step through a process
- Forward thinking approach to problem solving and rolling out solutions

The hours of work are Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm (a rare thing today).

This role is based in Staines and you must be able to commute to and from the area.

Your role will be to support garages and body-shops in the use of bespoke software, either by speaking with customers on the telephone or remotely dialling in to their computers to walk them through solutions. You will also be updating the User Manual and escalating issues to senior management if required.
