Support users and devices on the day of deployment, resolving technical queries and assisting in the resolution of technical incidents.
* Interfacing with the authorities Training and Learning Advisors (TLAs) to direct end user 'How Do I?' queries.
* Utilise the triage card to direct the end user to the appropriate support team. Contacting the ELS team where appropriate in the resolution of incidents.
* Good understanding of Windows 10 operating systems (will need to be able to navigate to and open applications, as well as undertake a defined set of tasks such as connecting to a WiFi network and establishing a VPN)

Must Haves:
- Access to private transportation required.
- SC clearance

Skills Required:
Attention to detail
Ability to focus and deliver accuracy
Support of MS Windows 10
1st / 2nd line desktop and laptop support
Excellent customer facing skills
