We’re hiring a digital enthusiast to drive significant growth through the management of online media spend. As the Paid Media Assistant you will work closely with the Digital Marketing Manager and be responsible for the day to day management of campaigns across all paid media channels. You will look after activation across all channels, use analytics to inform decisions and drive execution to optimize budget against company goals.

The Digital Performance Media Assistant will be:

- Responsible for the day to day management of paid media campaigns including PPC, Paid Social and Display.

- Optimizing campaign performance towards pre-determined goals.

- Analysing, optimising and reporting across all paid media channels.

- Reporting on campaign KPIs to key stakeholders.

- Liaising with media suppliers as well as internal stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely execution of campaigns.

The Digital Performance Media Assistant will have:

- At least 1 year of performance marketing experience at a leading media agency; experience with social advertising platforms is a plus.

- Substantial experience working with performance marketing metrics (CPA, CPC & ROI)

- Strong quantitative & analytical skills; able to use data to optimize day-to-day performance

- A strong work ethic and the will to strive within a fast-paced environment.
