Our client, a well- known public sector organisation, is currently recruiting for an ICT Officer on a full time, temporary basis for their busy Edinburgh office.

Reporting to the ICT Development Manager, your duties will include, but not be restricted to;

- Undertaking the planning and provision of ICT services across various sites
- Preparing and agreeing work streams and drawing up documentation
- Researching and designing methods for data collection and analysis
- Resolving service problems and delivering improvements to ICT services
- Working with suppliers to ensure successful delivery of projects
- Providing input to the Management Team regarding policy implementation
- Report preparation for client meetings

To be considered for this position you must have the following;

- Demonstrable experience of working in a similar environment, completing the above duties
- Strong problem solving, decision making and analytical skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Flexibility and the ability to adapt to a changing work environment
