Senior Quantity Surveyor - Rail - Central London - £50K - 65K + Package - Subcontractor

My client, a leading UK contractor specialising in the supply and installation of all types of wall and floor finishes for top tier main contractors within the infrastructure sector are currently looking for a dynamic and proactive Senior Quantity Surveyor to join there growing team in London.

You will join a dynamic team of surveyors, based in Central London where many of the projects will be a part of high profile Rail and Civil developments. This is an ideal opportunity to be heavily involved in a construction environment with a great team that are qualified, supportive and very friendly.

Principal Duties & Accountabilities:

* The production of valuations and preparation, submission and substantiation of final accounts.
* General subcontract administration
* Prepare and present relevant financial information to create accurate presentation regarding contracts and expected timescales
* Assisting sub-project teams with day-to-day commercial activities including resolution of subcontract notifications
* Identification of risks and provide draft contract notifications for issue to the Commercial Manager

Key Experience / Qualifications required:

* Main Contractor Background
* HNC / HND in Quantity Surveying or similar.
* Extensive knowledge of NEC forms of contract
* Fit-Out experience is desirable
