We are recruiting for a Contract Supervisor who has experience managing Gas and Electrical Engineers on a Facilities Management contract.
The position is based in Liverpool

DESCRIPTION
The Contracts Supervisor will have a dual role in both operations and supporting the Facilities Manager in the delivery of existing and new contracts. The Contracts Supervisor will be a working Supervisor; responsible for the day to day supervision and operation of team of mobile Engineers and Technicians providing the full complement of building maintenance services
including but not exclusive to electrical, plumbing, mechanical & fabric trades and specialist sub-contract suppliers.

Day to day running of a busy repair & maintenance contract across multiple sites

Allocation and managing engineers and sub-contractors on a day to day basis

Working alongside the Helpdesk to allocate and deliver works in line with the SLA

Health and safety, including the inspection of equipment and keeping records

Ordering material as required

Day to day communications with the client and attending client meetings with the Facilities Manager

Snagging and signing off work once completed

Quality control

Assist Facilities Manager with quotation requests from client

Delivering works to a high standard

Support the daily reactive works alongside the other ongoing work

PERSON SPECIFICATION
TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES
Essential

Demonstrate previous experience in a similar role
Hold a suitable formal trade qualification relevant to a repair & maintenance contract
Demonstrate experience in supervising a team of mobile field engineers/technicians
Full UK Driving License
Experience of Microsoft Word & Excel

Desirable
Demonstrate experience of mechanical maintenance & repairs works e.g. plumbing/engineering
CSCS (or equivalent) site supervisor card
IOSH / Health and Safety at work training
