Field Sales, Software & Cloud Solutions

Southern Region

£37,000 to £40,000, depending upon experience, plus uncapped commission, company car or allowance and benefits

Our client is a market leader in the design of Occupational Health and Health & Safety Software Solutions, including hosted cloud. Their solutions manage employee wellbeing, minimizing health and safety risks, improving systems, procedures and in turn, company profit.

Our client has asked us to source an addition sales executive who is happy working with a mix of new business development and account management.

The role:

· You will be responsible for the complete sales cycle, a mix of sourcing new leads, converting quality leads and enquiries and developing existing accounts

· Identify key prospects within your assigned territory selling to all markets

· Selling predominantly to the commercial sector, focussing on Health and Safety and Occupational Health professionals, directly or via HR

· Present / demonstrate the cloud and software solutions as required, supported by the technical teams

· The role will be a even mix of new business and account management

· Respond to RFI/Tenders, supported by the internal teams

· Lead negotiations to a successful close, supported by the Sales Manager if required

· Attend industry conferences and tradeshows


· Field sales experience selling cloud and software solutions

· Experience selling Occupational Health or H&S cloud and/or software would be ideal

· Naturally consultative, with the ability to interact and develop relationships at all levels

· Excellent verbal, written and negotiation skills

· Target, deadline and success driven

· Self-motivated team player with strong inter-personal skills

· Consistent track record of achieving / exceeding targets
