Elevation Recruitment Group Office Support is delighted to be supporting a highly credible and well know charitable organisation as they seek to appoint an addition to their team as a Fundraising Manager.

The purpose of the role is to develop a detailed strategy to increase income and maximise the conversion of donors across all income streams. The successful candidate will act as the key contact for all fundraisers and donors and be responsible for ensuring this specific campaign as a way of giving is championed across the organisation.

Duties & Responsibilities Include:

- Create a detailed strategy for fundraising for a specific campaign
- Utilise industry findings to increase and maximise conversion across income streams
- Delivery of outstanding supporter experiences to encourage repeat fundraising
- Contribute to the annual business planning
- Development of detailed plan of activity including budgeting and forecasting
- Maintain compliance with all current and relevant legislation
- Convert one off fundraisers into repeat fundraisers
- Maintain accurate research records
- Delivery of presentations and pitches to convey key messages
- Maximise all opportunities to promote activities and raise income

Key Skills Required:

- Demonstrable experience working to and achieving sales targets
- At least 12 months experience within fundraising
- Voluntary sector experience
- Planning and project delivery experience
- Working knowledge of legal requirements relating to fundraising
- Excellent interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills
