EMEA Senior Financial Analyst FP&A Manager
As a global leader within the Property Services sector, this established group provides market leading, end-to-end solutions and "best in class" investor services to an international client portfolio. A high profile and complex EMEA transformation programme and integration project, following a merger of two large businesses, has created an exciting opportunity for a qualified accountant to undertake a Senior Financial Analyst role. Supporting a key global business division, you will be responsible for business partnering the CFO on financial strategy, financial planning, forecasting and competitor analysis, alongside the management of BPO objectives on revenue, expenses and profit targets. Your brief includes:
•Supporting the Country cluster CFO in driving key financial decisions including capital appraisals & investments, acquisitions & disposals
•Development & delivery of insightful financial MI/BI analysis aligned with key business drivers
•Driving client profitability analysis & development of account P&L
•Preparation of all commercial proposals, business cases & contracts for executive approval
•Generating insights & analysis from management information & providing recommendations
•Leading divisional forecasting & budgeting processes
•Development of financial strategy including planning, budgets, financial trends, forecasts & consolidation reporting
•Development of, monitoring & challenging strategic growth plans & financial performance
•Supporting Divisional FC on statutory & regulatory reporting & audit requirements
•Liaison with BPO to ensure delivery of end to end finance processes
•Production of monthly management information for EMEA Head Office
As a qualified accountant with a strong track record in EMEA or international Financial Planning & Analysis leadership, gained within a large international business, you will demonstrate exposure to a BPO model or retained Finance Shared Service environment, experience of stakeholder management and the ability to translate financial data into commercial language. The role demands commercial focus, outstanding interpersonal skills and confidence in business partnering senior stakeholders.
