Motor Claims Handler - First Response Unit
Salary: £17,000 - £22,000 + excellent company benefits

If so, we have a fantastic opportunity for you to take the next step in your career into a Motor Claims Handler position. This role will offer you the opportunity to handle motor claims from inception to completion, enabling you to grow professionally.
Our client is a well-established company who specialises in the provision of claims. They deal with various insurance related claims and provide exceptional customer service to their clients and customers.
Purpose of the Role:
·To effectively capture all new claim reports with accuracy and maximise the opportunity for efficient information gathering using conversational management techniques.
·Undertake effective investigations to enable accurate and prompt liability decision making.
·Provide excellent service to all stakeholders.
·Ensure effective communication to Policyholder of all claim decisions and progression.
·Explore all intervention opportunities in respect of Third Party claims including injury, repair and hire by way of correct decision making and identification of fault claims.
·Expertly validate claims with application of indemnity and fraud knowledge.
·To work and contribute towards team performance and environment.

Skills and Attributes Required:

·Ability to capture accurate information from all available sources and pursue all avenues of enquiry
·Provide excellent customer service level expectations and take ownership of all inbound communication
·Attention to detail
·Good record keeping ability
