Assisting Head of Marketing by analysing performance across all internal new business channels to identify trends and areas of under- and over-performance. To do this they will be required to spend time with all new business internal channels and understand how these channels operate in order to complete ad hoc pieces of analysis aimed to provide directional guidance to the various departments within Marketing.

High level accountabilities:

• Develop a sound understanding of how the various new business internal channels work and inter-link with each other
• Provide guidance through ad hoc analysis so that they can achieve new business revenue and profit targets across new business internal channels

• Where appropriate, create and propose ideas which meet inherent consumer needs, thus improving new business customer acquisition..
• Understand the impacts of launched initiatives and then report back to the team on the outcomes of changes, together with these reports they should be providing suggestions on ways to improve these outcomes for our customers.
• When required, produce ad hoc analysis which support or dismiss theories around channel performance

Performance analysis and reporting upwards and outwards
• Maintain a strong relationship with the MI team to ensure that all work is completed to an agreed standard and where appropriate signed off through the proper routes to ensure consistency of performance reporting across the organisation
• Monitor and analyse performance reports in order to understand overall internal new business channel performance, escalate any areas of concern
• Report weekly and monthly on new business performance against budget and other business performance indicators, highlighting key achievements and issues arising

• Good understanding of database systems or database orientated software
• Marketing principles

• Skilled in Microsoft Excel

• Experience working in a Contact Centre related environment
• Experience of marketing principles
• Skilled in Microsoft Word

• A Level equivalent
• Marketing degree or CIM
• Degree educated
