Our amazing client based in central London is currently recruiting for a Customer Service Assistant to join their small, but bubbly team! The role will be a 6 month contract based in East London supporting the Customer Care Manager. They really need someone who can be resilient and make this role their own by being the friendly welcoming face/voice all customers and clients will meet.
Main Duties:
-Arranging and carrying out purchaser appointments such as Home Demonstrations & Inspections, Handovers, etc.
-Liaise with the Build Team and concierge for access for purchaser appointments
-Ensuring all apartments are set up for handovers
-Manage the coordination of the move in phase with the Customer Care Manager
-Support the Customer Care Manager for all purchaser communication
-Ensure all calls, emails and correspondence received into the department are answered efficiently, professionally and courteously
-Ensure that all customers are kept up to date on the build and completion progress
-Liaise with contractors to seek information required by purchasers
-Carrying out visits for surveyors and other purchaser representatives such as interior designers
-Support the Customer Care Manager with closing down snagging items prior to completion
-Liaising with the Defects Manager post completion if any defects are reported to the Customer Care Team
-Update all records with purchaser communications
-Report and file all completion forms such as Home Demonstration & Inspection form, Handover Form, Key Waiver Forms correctly

Key Skills Required:
-Customer Service Face to Face experience
-Excellent Communications skills
-IT Literate
-Ability to handle and resolve difficult situations with a professional and friendly approach
-Ability to work efficiently individually and as well as part of a team
-Self-disciplined, with good time management skills and the ability to manage priorities
-Flexibility to work some odd late hours and odd weekends
