Job Title - Production Engineer

The Company;

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a proven Production Engineer join an industry leading team with offices in the U.S, Central America, U.K and Europe and spans over 70 countries.

As a Production Engineer you will provide technical expertise, process, production and project engineering support to Production and ETIG Department to satisfy business objectives.

Day to day functions;

* Typically functioning as a team member supporting validation, process engineering, equipment design and build, budget and time line control, and Quality of the process and associated equipment / service
* Able to communicate effectively within the discipline and activities being supported
* Likely to be focused on activities within their own facility
* Appraise, specify, develop, commission and test and validate new and existing production automated systems and equipment
* Conduct equipment & process: safety compliance assessments, appraisals, capability studies and validation/verifications programmes in accordance with medical device regulatory requirements
* Initiate and support statistical process control programmes for manufacturing systems; including analysis of variation, DoE and problem solving - Six Sigma tools
* Implementing validated and verified process improvements, including optimisation of productivity, yield and quality
* Timely reporting against objectives, including: design/milestone reviews, presentations, monthly reports and KPI monitoring
* Train other team members as required, to establish and maintain best work practices in all technical and training documentation
* Lead and participate in multi-disciplinary teams engaged on above activities
* Prepare documentation in preparation for key milestones: FAT, SAT, DOE's, IQ, OQ, PQ's

About you;


* 3 years in a relevant activity/discipline
* Knowledge of Medical device or pharmaceuticals relevant to their area of expertise

* Bachelor degree in relevant Engineering discipline require
* Professional Institute associate member level or equivalent
