A new opportunirty has arisen to come and join the team at Corrigan's Restaurant group. We are an expanding group that currently have two restaurants within the heart of central London, lead by Richard Corrigan himself.

Corrigan's Mayfair leads in the concept of celebrating British and Irish cuisine, fusing it with Richard's creativity to create inspiring menus backed by his humble up-bringing. Combining luxury in the heart of Mayfair mixed with down-to-earth cooking.

Bentley's Oyster Bar & Grill has been feeding the masses in exceptional quality and style for over 100 years and has been providing the best out of the British and Irish Isles for the last 10 years under the patronage of Richard Corrigan. The oyster bar provides a relaxed atmosphere with the upstairs leading to dinners and private dining rooms for the full experience.

Job Description:

The position of Marketing and Sales Director will over-see the Sales & PDR Team to help build & execute strategies for new business targets. Primary objectives will be: to secure regular press coverage for our clients in traditional media, to develop relationships with influencers & different partners, creating and successfully implementing a series of restaurant marketing campaigns covering all customer touchpoints. Promoting and developing the Corrigan's restaurant brands is also paramount.

The Ideal Candidate:

Will possess a strong understanding of the contemporary media landscape, socially media savvy. You’ll have experience in a similar role, as well as a passion for food and drink. With a strong initiative and positive approach, you will be accountable for marketing in Corrigan's restaurants and bars, and take ownership for the task at hand. With steadfast resilience, you will be result-driven, ensuring campaigns are delivered in all channels in venue, print, signage, digital, social media and PR platforms.

You must have a minimum of two years experience in a similiar role, preferably in a Michelin Star environment. Floor experience is essential in previous roles to ensure a rounded knowledge base is formed. Candidate must have previous experience in working with private resorts, preferably small, luxury resorts, to ensure new business opportunities are promoted in the correct manner.

You will have a strong background in analysing sales figures and monitoring marketing campaigns, on multiple platforms. Produce reports for CEO and Managing Director that assesses the current marketing and sales strategies as well as work directly with future and current clients in regards to requirements, plans, etc.

This role will be London based and reporting directly to the CEO and Managing Director. This current role is being advertised from July 6th, 2017 to the closing date of August 3rd, 2017.
