Summary:

A top tier, global bank is going through large scale structural reform; this will partly involve separating and changing some of their services across different work-streams

The bank needs to hire a 'Service Change Manager' to manage the delivery and governance of all services during the transition. This is a crucial role in a high profile programme for the bank.

Good applicants with have the following:

* Experience in a service change management role within a bank/financial services firm
* Experience managing service level agreements with vendors
* Experience working in a change management roles in technology and operations environments
* Good knowledge or a certification in the ITIL service management methodology
* Intelligent and articulate with a good education
* Prince 2, PMP or MSP certifications
