Elevation Recruitment Group are currently recruiting for a well established and growing Practice based in Sheffield. They are currently seeking an individual who already has a background in professional practice and looking to progress their career with a respectable firm.

With over 100+ employees, my client want the successful candidate to work across all areas of accounts; management accounts, financial accounts, tax, VAT, audit etc. You must be able to produce draft accounts, complete personal and company tax returns and importantly be fluent in book keeping using software such as Sage.

Duties and Responsibilities will include:

- Assisting in the production of accounts for a range of clients including Sole Traders, Partnerships and Limited Companies
- Purchase and Sales Ledger
- Updating cashbooks
- VAT Returns
- Posting journals
- Account reconciliations
- Payroll
- Audit
- Assisting with month end processes and producing monthly reports

To be successful you MUST have the following skills and attributes:

- At least 12 months relevant experience in accounts
- Part Qualified ACA/ACCA OR AAT Qualified
- Professional & flexible approach to work
- IT literate
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to work to tight deadlines
