Your new role
To reach and exceed sales targets and company profit. To build and work with a team of remarkable sales individuals, training delivered by yourself with the help of the company's extensive leadership, whilst delivering a high quality customer/client experience to new and existing customers.
What you'll need to succeed
1) SALES PERFORMANCE:
a. Achieve sales targets incl KPI's (UPT/conversion rate/av ticket/PPT)
b. Develop network of potential customers/VIP's- in and out the Retailer
c. Optimize CRM (after sales service, loyalty, Armorial experience, database management)
d. Handle Client book
e. Develop Partnership within the Retailer
a. Sell through management (Top/Flop)
b. Monitor inventory management- Feedback level of stock/sales
c. Retailer's operations set up and follow up
d. Handle internal operating system
3) VISUAL MERCHANDISING:
a. Ensure a high level of perception of the corner
b. Product highlight -display art-
a. Lead store team to generate sales turnover + customer loyalty
b. Handle rotations planning and schedule
c. Staff motivation- create atmosphere for team work and cooperation
d. Develop communication with HQ (MD, corporate sales,Paris sales team)
Having a premium or luxury background would be an advantage, but not essential.
